Dicaso Furniture is a furniture and interior design studio at 423-E Commercial, PIA Road, Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we receive when you contact us through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
The enquiry form on our home page asks for your name, phone number, the type of project and any details you choose to add. The form does not store or send this information to our servers. When you submit it, your browser opens WhatsApp with a pre-written message, and nothing is shared with us until you press send in WhatsApp.
If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare designs and quotations, and arrange visits, delivery and installation. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. We keep our conversations with you for as long as needed to complete your project and provide after-sales support.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
